At Shapely Hart, we are committed to helping every customer feel confident, comfortable, and beautifully supported. Because of the intimate nature of our products and the personalized fitting experience we provide, we maintain an exchange/store credit only policy.
RETURN & EXCHANGE GUIDELINES
• We do not offer refunds.
• Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of purchase.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors/damage, and have original tags attached.
• All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Shapewear
• Clearance or sale items
• Special orders
STORE CREDIT
• Store credit may be used toward anything in the store.
• Store credit does not expire.
